We are not realtors, nor do we represent buyers or sellers of land. Instead we are the actual owners of the land listed for sale on this website. We negotiate low acquisition costs for all of the land we purchase, so that the savings can be passed on to you, the buyer.
We specialize in rural tracts, but also look for infill-lots, subdivision lots, and the like. Some of the land we buy is under-utilized. Some is no longer needed. Some have tax or legal issues to clear up before they can be sold. But all of the land we pursue is beautiful! We talk a little more about our process and properties on our FAQ page. We do a thorough due-diligence process with the property, to take care of any legal, tax or other matters which might hinder the re-sale of the property. Once any issues are taken care of and the land is in good legal and physical condition, we market the land for sale.
